Roadmap
What we are building, and in what order
This is a directional roadmap — not a commitment calendar. Items shift as operator feedback comes in. The tools that have the most impact on bid-win rate and margin protection ship first.
Now — shipping Q3 2026
Pipeline / Margin / Capacity Forecasting
30/60/90-day revenue projection from open pipeline, average win rate, and current bid count. Margin sensitivity curve as labor costs change. Capacity utilization chart to show how many FTEs the forecasted pipeline requires. Anchored to BLS wage data by metro and current market win-rate benchmarks from BSCAI.
Artifact sharing — public read-only links
Generate a shareable link for any saved artifact. Recipients see a clean, formatted read-only view — no Opora account required. Revoke at any time. Links use opaque tokens — no guessing or enumeration. Adds a "Generated with Opora" watermark for attribution.
Export formats — DOCX, CSV, JSON
Download all saved artifacts in three formats. JSON for integrations and backups. CSV for spreadsheet analysis and reporting. DOCX for client-ready Word documents — formatted with section headings, metadata, and full output text.
Next — Q4 2026
Cross-tool workflow wiring
RFP Decoder → Bid Drafter prefill (one click from decoded RFP to bid form). Voice Walkthrough → Bid Drafter (site-walk notes auto-populate bid scope). Compliance Check → Bid Drafter (flagged items inject into bid assumptions). Lost Bid → Customer Recovery (auto-link to recovery workflow). Goal Tracking → Weekly Pulse (goal progress in the weekly digest).
Facility object and portfolio view
Attach a Facility record (address, size, type, service frequency) to any bid or tool run. Portfolio dashboard shows all facilities under management, sorted by margin health. Bid history per facility. Cross-reference compliance requirements per facility type.
GTM event taxonomy and operator analytics
Full GTM dataLayer event taxonomy: sign-in, tool-run-start, tool-run-complete, artifact-save, share-create, export-create, goal-set, plan-upgrade. Consent Mode v2 wired throughout. Operator-facing analytics dashboard updated with tool usage trends and workflow completion rates.
BLS Next-Year Projection Integrations
Pre-load BLS Employment Projections 2022–2032 data for Janitors and Cleaners (SOC 37-2011) into Forecasting tool — growth rate 4.7% over 10 years. Wire to capacity planning: project FTE availability in your market alongside your pipeline growth.
Later — 2027 and beyond
State wage law compliance integration
Wire state-specific minimum wage schedules and planned increases (currently pending in 20+ states) directly into Bid Drafter and Margin Sentinel. Alert when a wage floor change is scheduled for accounts in your portfolio.
Subcontractor and supplier directory
Searchable directory of vetted cleaning subcontractors and equipment/supply vendors, organized by metro and specialty. Useful for capacity overflow, specialty work (medical, industrial, post-construction), and supply sourcing during product shortages.
Mobile app
Native iOS and Android app focused on field use: walkthrough voice notes, quick bid lookup, and margin check while on-site. The web tools remain free and fully functional — the app adds convenience for operators who spend most of their day away from a desk.
How we prioritize
- Bid-win rate and margin protection come first. Tools that directly improve revenue or protect profitability ship before convenience features.
- Primary sources before more tools. Adding a new tool with made-up benchmarks is worse than not adding it at all. Data quality gates new feature work.
- No features that require an account to deliver core value. The free, no-account experience must remain useful. Signed-in features are additive, not gatekeeping.
- Operator feedback over our assumptions. If a planned feature consistently gets low feedback scores, it moves to Later regardless of the original priority.
