BLS OES May 2024 — wage data refreshed

Wage benchmarks across all tools updated to reflect the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics May 2024 release. National median for Janitors and Cleaners (SOC 37-2011): $17.27/hr. Mean: $18.01/hr. Full 10th–90th percentile distribution loaded for national, state, and 580+ metropolitan statistical areas. Bid Drafter, Margin Sentinel, Hire Right, and Bid Rate Calculator all use this data directly.

Full-text search across saved artifacts

Signed-in users can now search saved artifacts by title and content. Search is powered by SQLite FTS5 with BM25 ranking — results return in under 200ms. The search bar in the top navigation triggers a live dropdown. A full results page at /pages/search shows artifact matches with highlighted excerpts. Search does not require an additional API call if no account is signed in.

Published a full help center at /pages/help. Includes a getting started guide, individual help pages for all 13 tools, account and library documentation, rate limits reference, and a contact page. Every tool page now has a "?" icon linking to the relevant help article.

Terms, Privacy Policy, and DPA updated for AI SaaS

Legal documents updated to cover AI-generated output, vector search, anonymous tracking, magic-link authentication, and sub-processor disclosure. New Data Processing Agreement published for GDPR compliance. DPA covers Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, KV), Anthropic, OpenAI, Clerk, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Cohere. Physical address: Atlanta, Georgia.

Rate limiting, DDoS hardening, and worker observability

Deployed per-IP and per-tool rate limiting on all API endpoints using Cloudflare KV. Added structured request logging with unique X-Opora-Request-ID header on every response for incident tracing. Added /api/_internal/metrics for internal health monitoring. Error responses standardized to {error: {code, message, request_id}} envelope across all endpoints.
