Right now Opora’s goal is reach, not revenue. We’d rather have thousands of BSCs, facility directors, and procurement officers using accurate, cited tools than a handful of paying customers stuck on guesswork. Costs are covered until we hit critical mass. If that changes, we’ll introduce clearly priced tiers for power users — with generous free access preserved for everyone else.

Do I need an account?
You can browse calculators and research without signing in. A free account unlocks saving drafts, history in My Files, and full AI tool runs. That’s the only reason to register — we never charge a card today.
How is this sustainable?
Opora is covering costs through its critical-mass phase. If usage grows to the point where paid tiers make sense, we’ll introduce them with clear pricing and preserve generous free access. No bait-and-switch.
Will the tools I’m using today ever go behind a paywall?
Core calculators, field guides, and the State of Commercial Cleaning research will stay free. If paid tiers arrive, they’ll add capacity or advanced features — not pull what’s already open.
