Building a 90-Day Photo Library
Most operators need 40–60 high-quality before-and-after pairs to populate all channels effectively. That's achievable in 90 days if you treat photography as a scheduled service deliverable.
Week 1–2: Identify 5 current accounts that allow photography. Get consent forms signed. Week 3–8: Shoot 2–3 locations per week using the shot list above. Build library to 30+ images. Week 9–12: Organize library by facility type. Deploy to GBP, website, and proposal template.
The best time to capture dramatic transformations is during initial deep cleans or post-construction cleaning, where before-state contrast is maximum. If you don't have ongoing accounts yet, offer a free or discounted deep-clean to a local business in exchange for photography rights.
